Belair began in 1910 as a small family produce stand in downtown Baltimore. Now in our fourth generation the Berman family is honored to serve over 600 restaurants, clubs hospitals, convention centers, caterers and schools.

We ship 100,000 cases of fresh fruits and vegetables per week from a healthy blend of local and nationally-recognized farms. Our suppliers change based on the harvest, so you can be assured you’re only getting the best ingredients.

In 2002 we purchased a specialty food company. Renaming it Watermark Foods for its uniqueness, we now supply over 500 gourmet domestic and imported ingredients. From fine cheeses to Noel chocolate, we have everything you need for your culinary masterpiece!
